How I got here

For more than 12 years, I built my career in sales and client partnerships, in fast-paced environments where achievement, productivity, and always being “on” were part of the job.

I loved a lot about that chapter of my life. But over time, I became more curious about what actually helps us feel well while still building a full, ambitious life.

That curiosity eventually led me to health coaching.

And somewhere along the way, I realized something about my own health: the things that make the biggest difference aren’t usually dramatic.

They’re the routines I come back to.

Moving my body. Prioritizing sleep. Making time to slow down. Eating in a way that supports my energy. Staying connected to people I love. Giving myself space to reset when life gets busy.

I’m not interested in living a perfectly optimized life and I don’t expect my clients to, either.

I want to travel. Go out to dinner. Have spontaneous weekends. Work toward things that excite me. And still take care of myself.

For me, wellness isn’t about choosing between structure and freedom. The right routines create more freedom.

That philosophy is at the heart of how I coach today.

What I Believe

I believe consistency matters more than perfection.

I believe rest and recovery are just as important as the things we accomplish.

I believe a healthy routine should be flexible enough to survive travel, busy weeks, late nights, and changing seasons of life.

I believe getting off track doesn’t mean starting over.

And I believe wellness should give you more energy to live your life, not become your entire life.

Build the routine. Make space for recovery. Find your rhythm. And when life happens, return.

The professional side

I’m a certified Health & Behavior Change Coach with training in holistic health, functional nutrition, and evidence-based behavior change.

My approach combines that training with more than a decade of experience in sales and client partnerships — work that taught me how to listen, ask better questions, build trust, and help people move from intention to action.

Coaching with me is collaborative, practical, and personalized. I’m not here to hand you a perfect plan. I’m here to help you figure out what works for you and build the consistency to make it part of your life.

A little more about me

As a lifelong athlete, I'm happiest when I'm moving. These days that means getting better at tennis and golf (emphasis on getting better). When I'm not coaching, you can catch me traveling, getting outside, spending time with friends and family, and hunting down new restaurants to try.

Because taking care of yourself and enjoying your life were never supposed to be two separate things.
